P’ose Sango is an epic dance theatre piece about the revered Yoruba god of thunder and lightning ‘SANGO’. In a unique blend with OYA’S melodious voice with several intricacies and blend of renewed experimental musicality, P’OSE SANGO is more of a blend of the Bata and ponse dance styles as accompanying with jazzed-up rhythm. A special creation to illustrate the swiftness of Olukoso Ayara na. This piece was solely created to welcome the President of France to the new African shrine in 2018(the first official president to pay a presidential visit to the NEW AFRICAN SHRINE-IKEJA) as organized by the Lagos state government and TRACE/ECO BANK/ALLIANCE FRANCEOF LAGOS
