OGUN Set in the a typical ancient community, the songs and drumming paying hallowed tribute to the Yoruba god of iron- Iron. Dedicated to Professor Wole Soyinka, a devout of the religion and one whose well of knowledge has become the fount of inspiration to peoples of black origin all around the world.
Not to be accused of blaspheme, the plot is brilliantly translated to evince the indomitable feat of the playwright, poet, theatrist and social crusader upheld by the gods anvil.

Preceded by a short poem titled: Lion of Arts, each line riddled with works of the wordsmith glorifying is enviable achievements. The introduction is a solemn spoken word rendition ignited by the ancient’s quoting of the drums.
